About
IMPORTANT GROUP PACKAGE NOTICE
PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME!
To ensure your group receives its full scheduled play time, please arrive on time and ready to check in.
Late arrivals may result in reduced playing time. Your reservation time cannot be extended due to late arrival.
GROUP PACKAGE POLICY
NO REFUNDS OR PARTIAL REFUNDS will be given for unused player spots.
When you purchase a group package, you are reserving that entire package, regardless of how many players actually attend on the day of play.
Example:
If you purchase a 12-player package but only 9 players show up, you will not receive a refund or credit for the 3 unused spots.
OUR RECOMMENDATION
When in doubt, ALWAYS BOOK THE SMALLER PACKAGE!
Additional players can be added and paid for at the field on the day of your reservation.
This helps you avoid paying for players who may not be able to attend.
Thank you for understanding and helping us keep your reservation running smoothly!
