Please review the refund and rain policy prior to booking. Completing the booking signifies understanding and agreeing to the refund/rain policy. See Below.

What is your refund, and rain policy?

For all airsoft or paintball packages- No credit is given once play is started. If you cannot play due to the weather, we will re-book your appointment. We do not give refunds due to weather. Weather determinations will be decided by management no sooner than 24 hours from your play date and time scheduled.  Please do not contact us less than 24 hours from the booked time and ask us to rebook due to the weather.  We only rebook the group for a different time and day and time.

Once booked there are no refunds on large (21 players or more) group packages.

Refund Policy For all Prepaid Groups 12 players and under; You have up to 7 days before your original scheduled play day to cancel for a 85% refund ( if you rescheduled your original date, then cancel on the rescheduled date there will be no refund ). The 15% fee is for administration costs (cc processing fees). There are NO REFUNDS given for cancellations within 7 days of your booked reservation. There is no charge to rebook for rainy days,if it actually rains or the management cancels it due to pending weather. if you decide to reschedule due to possible rain and it doesn’t rain there will be a $45 rebooking fee that will be due at rescheduled arrival. There is a $45 charge to rebook your reservation for any other reason besides rain. You cannot rebook a reservation within 7 days of your original booking.  Absolutely NO REFUNDS within 7 days of your scheduled play or no shows at booking time. Please understand, once booked- employees are scheduled- if you can’t make it on your scheduled date and time, they are still going to be there and need to get paid their wage and we do not have the opportunity to resell that spot. All Parties that have to rebook has 6 months from 1st scheduled date to rebook, after that the party is forfeited with no exceptions.

Rain day rebooking can only be rebooked on the Tuesday before the coming weekend between 3pm and 6pm for only available times!

Rebooking all parties. There is no charge to rebook for rainy days. There is a $45 charge to rebook your reservation for any other reason besides rain. You cannot rebook a reservation within 7 days of your original booking.  All Parties that have to rebook has 6 months from 1st scheduled date to rebook, after that the party is forfeited with no exceptions. ALL REBOOKINGS MUST BE DONE IN WRITTING!! Rebooking must be done in writting by email to paintballtallahassee@gmail.com. It must contain name, phone number, original date scheduled and new rebooking date. All rebooking must be approved by management before request.

There will be no partial refunds given on group packages, i.e. if you purchase a certain size package and have fewer players the day of play, there will be no refunds or partial refunds given. Always pick the smaller package and we can add players at the field
